The Great Northern – a six acre site in the heart of Manchester city centre with a Grade II* listed Victorian Warehouse at its centre. Planning been approved for the site to deliver a flourishing, heritage-led innovation neighbourhood linking talent pools from across Manchester.

The historic warehouse will be given a new lease of life as office space, looking over a tree filled Square. Alongside this, the 1990’s cinema and car park building will be repurposed to create 746 apartments and reimagined pedestrianised retail streets.

Trilogy and the Peterson Group have been privileged to work on the project with an award-winning design team, including architectural practice SimpsonHaugh and landscape architect Planit-IE.
